According to Twitter (yea, not the most accurate source haha), this is the first NYC public school snow day in 5 years! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LUCKY WE ARE TO HAVE A SNOW DAY OUR FIRST YEAR AS TEACHERS :D
That's one of the few advantages to teaching in Michigan - although we've only had two this year! Happy Snow Day! Enjoy it! :)

So how'd y'all spend your snow day anyway? I demand stores AND pictures. You OWE us.
